How do you keep yourself on track through the summer to reach your weight loss or weight maintenance goals?
Losing weight is not easy, and it’s much harder to do on your own. Accountability is a great motivator: when you start making changes to your daily habits and routines, it can be helpful to have someone else keeping an eye on your progress. Having someone to hold you accountable means that you won’t be as likely to make excuses or slack off when things get tough. It helps you stay motivated when your willpower may vanish because having someone checking in on you and expecting a weekly report on progress can really help you to focus on what matters the most – your goals.
The 6 Week Summer Accountability Club contains:
- On signing up, I’ll email you a short questionnaire to find out about your goals and plans for the next 6 weeks so I can keep you accountable and check in on how you are getting on each week
- Weekly group zoom sessions to catch up on your progress, ask for any help, share tips and ideas
- Accountability check ins
- A private Facebook group for the duration of the programme just for members of the Club for you to share progress, daily wins, meals, plans, ask for advice from your fellow Club members. I’ll be in there daily sharing my own meals, plans and tips too.
- Regular contact from Georgina throughout the 6 weeks to see how you are getting on and to keep you motivated
