Your Membership: 
Georgina’s Online Weight Loss Support Club is an online subscription based weight loss support group. 
You will be billed on a recurring basis based on the package you have chosen:

• Monthly Membership: automatic £20 per month payable each month on the date you signed up
• 3 Monthly Membership: automatic £50 for 3 months payable every 3 months on the date you signed up.

You will continue to be billed on a recurring basis until you choose to cancel your membership. 

Sign Up: 
Your membership will be processed immediately and you will have instant access The Club and all current available resources. 
Should a problem arise during the sign up process, please email georgina@mealplansmadeeasy.co.uk with as many details as possible and you will receive a response withing 48 working hours.

Refund Policy:

• Monthly Membership – no refunds are available for the monthly membership and your account will be closed at the end of the month you have cancelled the membership in and no further payments will be taken.
• 3 Monthly Membership – should you not be completely satisfied with your 3 monthly membership at The Club, you are entitled to a partial refund if you request a refund within 10 days of initial purchase.  You will be refunded £30 and please be aware we cannot refund any extra charges that you may incur from your bank for currency conversion if applicable.

Please email georgina@mealplansmadeeasy.co.uk should you wish to request a refund for a 3 month membership and I will process your refund. 

I would appreciate any feedback you could provide on why you were not 100% satisfied with The Club as I value all feedback and take it into consideration to improve the service and resources available to members of The Club.

Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel your membership, please do so at least 3 days prior to your renewal date. 
You are responsible for cancelling your Membership directly from your account on www.mealplansmadeeasy.co.uk.

Payment Dispute:
You agree that any payment disputes will be resolved directly between us and that you will not use the dispute resolution services of your credit card provider. You agree that if payment is disputed, withheld or otherwise forthcoming, you will have one day (24 hours) to resolve the issue, and if not resolved, your membership will terminate immediately with no further right or obligation existing for either of us.

Copyright:
All content including, but not limited to, workshops, recordings, videos, PDFs, documents are the sole property of Meal Plans Made Easy.  Do not share, copy, resell, or distribute without express written authorisation from Meal Plans Made Easy.

Username & Password:
You agree to be the sole user of the username & password you created when joining Georgina’s Online Weight Loss Support Club, and to reasonably protect that username & password. Please notify us if you believe it has been breached or otherwise compromised.

Confidentiality:
You agree to keep all information shared within The Club from Georgina and all other members confidential.  The nature of The Club means people may share sensitive and private information and everyone is to feel comfortable and confident in being able to do so without any risk of it being shared.  Should this be violated, you will be contacted directly and your membership may be revoked and no refunds would be applicable.

Privacy Policy:
All payments are processed using Stripe. We do not store credit card details. We do not share customer info of any kind, with any 3rd parties. Click here to view the full Privacy Policy.
