Low Calorie Week Two 7 Day Meal Plan now available
Lots of people loved my first low calorie 7 day meal plan – it’s been the most popular meal plan purchased from my standard plans so, based on lots of new recipes I’ve been testing (and really enjoying!) over the past few weeks, I’ve created a new low calorie meal plan with lots of new ideas for you to try.
This 7 day plan is based on a maximum of 1600 calorie days and includes breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks – utilising leftovers so you aren’t having to spend hours cooking each day too.
You’ll receive a downloadable day by day plan, a shopping list and all recipes. Meal plans are based on healthy, nutritious and filling food to help you lose weight without going hungry as well as eating delicious meals and snacks.
Recipes include: chocolate orange overnight oats, beetroot and blue cheese filo tart, North African one pot lamb curry and roasted pepper pasta (the front cover photo!)
