  • 4 online lessons of 60 minutes – every Tuesday evening at 8pm GMT (25th February 2025, 4th March 2025, 11 March 2025 and 18 March 2025).  All lessons will be recorded so if you can’t attend live, you can catch up at any time.

  • Guidance handouts providing tips and strategies and ideas to implement
  • Regular email support
  • A Whatsapp group with daily tips and support
  • Plus two 45 minute 1-2-1 sessions with me to be taken at any point from your sign up to the course until 21st March 2025.

  • What your personal triggers are right now and how to spot them in the future
  • Coping strategies and ways to manage what would have been an emotional eating moment in different ways
