My standard meal plans provide you with 7 days of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks utilising leftovers and batch cooking to save you time and money. You’ll receive a downloadable day by day plan, a shopping list and all recipes. Meal plans are based on healthy, nutritious and filling food to help you lose weight without going hungry as well as eating delicious meals and snacks.
Recipes include: chilli (my all time favourite meal), pesto prawn and broccoli pasta, lamb tagine, salmon stirfry and vegetable chow mein.
